Letter from OC Pole Fitness Founder, Collette Kakuk
 

 
 
Dear wonderful women of OC Pole Fitness Huntington Beach,
 
When I founded OC Pole Fitness 7 years ago, it was a dream come true! I had found my calling in helping women discover the empowerment and well-being pole fitness could bring. The women I have met in this journey have changed my life. I have learned and grown with all of you, and created a family with you. So it is with great regret and sadness that I tell you our Huntington Beach location will be closing June 18th.

 

 

As many of you know, in addition to having founded OC Pole Fitness, I also lead a global on-line school for pole 
dancing and aerial arts (PoleandArial.com) which provides
online pole dance lessons from the best pole dance artists in the world, along with chairing a leading industry association. 
 
Most importantly, however, I am a devoted mother with four young children at home and a new bundle of joy expected in less than five weeks. 
 
It is clear I need to reorganize my life and dedicate more time at home now than ever.

For me, change is always about OPPORTUNITIES! So, I am excited to tell you about an amazing opportunity I have created for you so you may continue your pole journey. Many of you know my love and journey into the pole world began at Sheila Kelley S Factor Costa Mesa. Therefore, it is only natural that I go back to S Factor to find a place for my beloved pole family!

If you are not familiar with S Factor, it is a terrific, trusted brand that has been featured on Oprah Winfrey numerous times - and, of course, in addition to studios throughout the United States, they are located right here in our neighborhood.
 
Their signature style is organic, sexy, raw and provocative.  I'm so excited to introduce you to this amazing solution that is locatedso close by.
   

  

If you are currently a member, please know I have stopped all automatic payments and your account is not being charged. Moving forward here are the two options available for your membership:

  1. You can transfer your membership or punch card over to S Factor Costa Mesa, which is conveniently located only a few miles away. Please call 714-434-4991 and ask any Associate to assist you with this process.  
     
  2. If you don't mind driving the distance, you may contact the OC Pole Fitness Aliso Viejo location (ocpolefitnessav.com), which is located approximately 25 miles from your home studio to investigate renewing a membership.

 

Whatever you decide, I give you my word that your transition will be handled promptly and professionally.

Because I am so close to my delivery date, the wonderful women of S Factor staff will be in the studio to help you with any questions about transferring your membership. And, as an added bonus, I have added three classes per week to be taught by S Factor Costa Mesa instructors at OC Pole Fitness Huntington Beach between now and June 18th so you can get a taste of the amazing classes S Factor has to offer. 

Also, I am so pleased to announce that PoleandArial.com instructor Erika Labansat will be joining the S Factor team to bring you a face and classes you are familiar with! I am looking forward to taking class at S Factor (once the baby is born), possibly teaching a little, and of course seeing all of you at what I hope will feel like your new home. I am already excited to see what you've learned while I'm away.

We're here to offer support and service to you during this exciting transition.
 
There aren't words to describe the joy OC Pole Fitness has given me over the years - and I thank you for growing with me and expanding my original vision way beyond what I could have ever imagined. I have been blessed to have had this amazing opportunity to teach, laugh, and grow with such an amazing group of women. This is not the end, rather the beginning of a new journey. See you soon!
